主讲“渠道管理”、“客户关系管理”、等课程。近年来，在国内外知名期刊，如International Journal of Production Research、《工程管理科技前沿》等发表学术论文10余篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、常州市哲学社会科学项目、江苏理工学院教改项目等，出版学术专著1部。曾多次获得校一等学业奖学金、兰州大学优秀研究生、小米特等奖学金、隆基青年人才奖等10余项荣誉称号。
